What started in 2003 as two chefs creating superb food and wine pairing experiences for Simi Winery, has resulted in an even greater pairing - partners in life! Over the past 13+ years, Laura and Eric have delighted guests by focusing on ultra-creative farm to table cuisine from around the globe. They provide their guests with unforgettable culinary experiences drawing from years of experience in food and wine pairing, sustainable agriculture and global travel. In their years together, they have built a reputation for providing some of the best food and professional service in Sonoma, Healdsburg, Sonoma County, Napa, Monterey, Pebble Beach and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Chef Eric, most recently a contestant on The Next Food Network Star Season 8, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1992 with a singular goal: to create food memories all over the world. His passion for life is an ingredient in every meal that he prepares for his guests. Eric has drawn knowledge and inspiration throughout his career from catering for photo shoots, being a culinary instructor and serving as a Chef at Apple. But nothing compares to working side by side with his talented wife! His true joy in life is making people happy through his food.

Chef Laura's training comes from the hard knocks of working her way through the brigade of several large-scale restaurants in Monterey County. When she left the restaurant kitchens to start her family she had the opportunity to serve as an instructor of home cooks and budding professionals at the Napa Valley Cooking School, Home Chef and CIA Napa. She quickly learned that teaching through taste is her passion and that her love for food is fueled most as a traveling private chef!
