Another great time cooking with Anchor Paul for the California Wine Institute Wine Month.  Featuring Korbel Sparkling Rose and McMurray Pinot Noir, I prepare a Caramelized Fig and Arugula Salad with Local Hazelnuts and Gorgonzola Dolce.
