Porcinis rich, sweet, and earthy, flavor enhances the inherent richness of proten without making it taste "mushroomy". Even non-mushroom lovers can't resist it! I use REAL mushrooms; no essence or flavored salt. The most common use is for rubbing meats before grilling but feel free to use this to enhance soups, sauces, risotto or anything you want to give a "punch" of umami.
